Our second tournament of the season was the Langton Green Fiesta.
Always keenly contested, but the quality of the other teams seems to have increased as we move up the age groups.
We started well in an exciting match against a strong Pembury team, with Jamie Wickham getting a dramatic equaliser with virtually the last kick of the game.
We then lost a match we had dominated against Crowborough Town, when Matt English gave away possession, and we never really got going again after that.
We somehow contrived to lose to Langton Green after taking the lead, and finally won some points with draws against Wealden Colts and Jarvis Brook, before suffering fairly heavy defeats in our last matches.
