The second match of our double header against Langton Green was an anticlimax.
We took the game to them throughout and created all the chances, but the finishing was very unconvincing.
We played with three strikers in the second half as we sought the win we needed - a draw wasn't good enough.We kept pushing forward to get the winning goal, but five minutes from time we were caught on the break and Langton scored.
It was our 19th match this season, but the first in which we failed to score, and that ultimately cost us the points and our chance of finishing in 2nd place.
